We had an issue with our first swing fabric tearing within the warranty period. We reached out to the Savoiz support team and they sent out a replacement fabric immediately. We received it within a week of our first complaint and are very happy with the service we recieved.

I can see them using it on a daily basis.
As an Italian buyer, I struggle to find instructions on how to install it on a regular ceiling, one that is not made out of wood. Perhaps more tips on how to find a spot in the ceiling that will actually hold the weight would be appreciated. We're yet to try it though, so I cannot comment on the actual product yet. We're still trying to figure out the ideal spot on the ceiling.
